A good year for Oneshift.com

2008 also saw major changes and big steps taken in Oneshift.com.

There were changes to the Editorial team at the beginning of the year, and then followed by the addition of experienced contributors. The website fed more contents for all readers, and along the way, assisted them with unique services too. In July, we were widely featured in the media for our route-charting service. Then in September, saw the launch of PITSTOP, a segment for all after-market car-related products.

We even gained more credibility as a content-provider. Worth mentioning are the overseas opportunity given to us - Malaysian Tourism and Promotions Board brought us along for most auto-related events up North, General Motors flew us to Thailand for the “GM Next” conference whereby they showcased their upcoming diesel-only plant and green vehicle, BMW flew us to Germany to test-drive their new 7 Series and updated 3 Series, Goodyear flew us to Australia to sample their latest Eagle F1 Asymmetric tyre and Audi flew us to Sepang to test-drive their high-performance S and RS range of cars.

So what is next for 2009? Well, we promise you some interesting surprises in the pipeline, revamped editorial content and last but not least, more unique services. After all, you are our readers, and we strive for the best for you…
