1) All new CLS models now sport a new radiator grille. A three-dimensional stars with chrome-gloss surfaces sit on a louvre in high-gloss black with chrome inlay and the integrated Mercedes-Benz star.
2) As part of the options list, you can spec all variants of the CLS with special paint finishes, including mystic blue (S$22,500), cashmere white magno (S$15,000) or emerald green (S$500).
3) Two new trim finishes, including the centre console, are available in open-pore brown walnut and high-gloss grey wood.
4) Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC and Active Steering Assist uses capacitive principle to detect the driver's hands. A two-zone sensor pad in the steering wheel rim registers whether the driver's hands are on the wheel.
5) Both the CLS 53 4MATIC+ and CLS 450 4MATIC feature a 3-litre inline 6 engine - the former pushing 435bhp with torque peaking at 520Nm (68bhp and 20Nm more than the CLS 450 4MATIC).
