Borneo Motors Singapore Celebrates 55 Years In Singapore, Affirms Commitment To Sustainable Future

Borneo Motors Singapore (BMS) has been the sole authorised distributor for Toyota cars in Singapore for the past 55 years. To mark this momentous milestone, BMS has announced that it will be stepping up its drive towards a greener, electrified future.

BMS’ climate and sustainability commitments mirror those of the Singapore Green Pan (SGP30) and is brought to life through its 3R commitment (Reduce, Recycle, Reuse), with initiatives to reduce baseline energy usage and overall carbon footprint of its operations. BMS is a participant in Singapore’s Producer Responsibility Scheme (PRS) to recycle hybrid batteries and manage overall wastage.

BMS has also committed to having a fully electrified product portfolio by 2030, which will provide Singaporeans with greener options for mobility. Currently, BMS offers hybrid and electric vehicles such as the all-electric Lexus UX 300e; the hybrid Lexus NX 350h; and plug-in hybrid (PHEV), Lexus NX 450h+.

On 25 and 26 June, enjoy a family day out at the Carnival of Fun, taking place at the Borneo Motors Leng Kee Showroom (33 Leng Kee Rd) and the Toyota Ubi Showroom (17 Ubi Rd 4). The carnival will feature games and photobooth opportunities, along with snacks like ice cream, hot dogs, cupcakes, and popcorn. Customers that visit the Leng Kee Showroom will also have the opportunity to learn more about BMS’ aftersales. Attractive prizes to be won include tickets to S.E.A. Aquarium, complimentary health check vouchers, and Petrol Welcome Kits.

All existing Toyota and Lexus customers will also be entitled to a free vehicle valuation on the spot. Customers that purchase any servicing or product packages over the weekend of 25 and 26 June will also be entitled to a complimentary “Nano Detox Treatment”.

From now till 6 July, Toyota’s grab cash machines located in the Borneo Motors Leng Kee Showroom (33 Leng Kee Rd) and the Toyota Ubi Showroom (17 Ubi Rd 4) to stand a chance to win up to $550,000 worth of cash discounts.

Lexus customers will enjoy savings of up to S$33,000, in celebration of 55 successful years in Singapore. Exclusively on 25 and 26 June only, customers can enjoy an additional special discount of S$5,500 on all purchases. With every purchase of a new Lexus, customers will enjoy exclusive gifts, such as a private chef dining experience up to S$3,888, a Brompton C Line folding bike and more.
