Check Out Mercedes-Benz Singapore’s Upgraded Service Center At Eunos
On-site AC charging infrastructure to support EV servicing now ready, with DC fast-charging to be added in Q3 2026.

Mercedes-Benz Singapore has given its Eunos Service Center a full refresh, improving both the customer experience and its support for electric vehicles. The 21-bay workshop now handles EV servicing with on-site AC chargers, while DC fast-charging will be added in Q3 2026. This is part of a larger refresh across its Singapore network, with the Pandan Loop facility next in line.

The update follows Mercedes-Benz’s global retail approach, combining redesigned spaces, skilled staff and smarter digital tools. Customers should notice a smoother visit too - the service area has shifted to Level 2, offering a better flow, shorter waits and a mix of open and private consultation areas.

A new front-of-house role, the “Star Assistant,” helps direct customers to the right specialist from the start, cutting down on back-and-forth. Technicians are also continuously trained in Germany to stay up to speed with EV technology. Around the centre, synced digital displays support consultations by showing relevant info in real time.

Further improvements are still to come, including a relocated drive-in tyre shop, as Mercedes-Benz works towards rolling out the same upgraded experience across all its Singapore sites by end-2026.
