The new Renaultsport R3 Access is the smaller brother of the R3 Maxi. The two siblings share components such as the 200hp 2.0-litre engine, a 6-speed sequential gearbox, ZF-type limited slip diff, electrical system and the Magneti-Marelli ECU.
Weighing in at only 1080kg unladen, the Access is sure to be light-footed and quick.
The R3 Access however, is a front-wheel drive car, and is not meant for off-road use. Better stick to the tarmac rallies then!
