COE Premiums Rise In All Categories In Second Bidding Exercise Of October 2022

Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums closed higher in 5 categories in the latest bidding exercise on Wednesday (19 October).

The latest premium for Category A cars, or those 1,600cc and below with horsepower not exceeding 130bhp closed at S$81,089, an increase of S$588.

Premiums for large cars in Category B (above 1,600cc or 97kW) ended higher at S$110,000, an increase of S$14,144 from the previous tender.

COEs for commercial vehicles, including goods vehicles and buses, increased by S$4,210 to S$70,201.

In the motorcycle category, premiums went up by S$1,050, to S$12,801.

In the open category (Category E), which can be used for any type of vehicles but often end up being used for big cars, premiums increased by S$3,002, to S$108,003.
