COE prices rise once again
COEs for both Categories A and B have risen once again in the second bidding exercise for the month of October that ended today.

Cat A for cars below 1600cc saw a year high premium of $18,899, up from the previous bidding's $18,020.
Cat B COE premiums rose from $18,109 to $19,510. This is not as much as during September's second bidding when Cat B prices hit $19,801.
COEs for the open category which can be used to register any passenger car dipped to below the $20k level for the first time in a month, with prices hitting $19,901.
