COEs end mixed for round 2 of 2016
COE premiums for Category A went up, while Category B and Open Category premiums fell in the second round of biddings for January 2016.

Cat A premiums went up by $6,299 (14%) to close at $51,301.
Premiums for Cat B on the other hand dropped by $4,831 (9.6%) and ended at $50,089.
For the Open Category, the figures reduced by $4,089 (8%) to finish at $51,000.
