The finalists will head to Africa later this year for a 3,000km expedition across three countries. Alongside testing their off-road driving and adventure skills, they will take part in five hands-on projects with conservation partner Tusk.

The initiative aims to leave a lasting impact beyond the competition itself, marking Defender's return to international adventure challenges 45 years after the original Trophy concept was introduced.

According to Defender's Global Managing Director Paddy McGillycuddy, the new competition celebrates the brand's adventurous heritage while bringing together people who are keen to make a difference.
