COEs fall sharply for Cat B in Feb round 1
The first bidding exercise for the month of February has ended lower across the board than the previous round of bidding.

Most notably, Category B premiums for large cars has dipped $11,479 or 23% to close at $38,610. This is a record low for more than five years.
Small car premiums also fell slightly to $46,651 (decrease of $4,650) while Open Category premiums fell nearly $7,000 to $44,001.
