F1: Massa signs for Williams

In a relatively unexpected move, current Ferrari driver Felipe Massa has signed for Williams. He joins a prestigious list of Brazilians to drive for the British team, a list that includes Ayrton Senna and Rubens Barichello. Massa, who has raced for Ferrari since 2006, has won 11 grand prixs during that period. He was the 2008 world champion for 38 seconds before Lewis Hamilton managed to overtake a struggling Timo Glock to win the title by 1 point. This was done to ensure that the team has a stable driver lineup for 2014, a year with significant technical changes. This move also means that current Williams driver Pastor Maldonado will be left without a seat for 2014.Pictures used for illustration purposes only.
