Local News: COE results - 23rd December
COE prices for passenger car categories fell slightly after the second bidding exercise for December 2009 that ended today.

Category A COE prices closed at $18,150, down from the previous bidding's $18,502. Cat B prices saw a slightly larger decrease of over $1,000 to close at $17,889. Open cat prices are similar to Cat B's at $17,889, having fallen from $18,509.
