Local News: COE Results for November Round 1

Round one of November’s Certificate Of Entitlement (COE) bidding results is out! Categories A and D prices fell while that of the other categories saw an increase with Cat C with the highest jump of 10.27%.

For the first round of the COE bidding exercise for this month, Cat A and Cat D prices fell. Cat A prices dropped by $115 (0.21%) and Cat D by $78 (3.93%).
Cat B prices increased by $1,111 (1.46%), Cat C by $3,792 (10.27%) and the Open Cat also went up by $4,401 (5.98%).

Total quota for this round is 1,234 and this figure excludes goods vehicles (Cat C) and motorcycles (Cat D).

The final COE prices are as follows:
Cat A: 55,997
Cat B: 77,000
Cat C: 40,803
Cat D: 2,012
Cat E: 78,001
