Local News: Ferrari previews the 458 Italia
The 458 Italia made its debut in Singapore at a preview event today for clients as well as the media.
The highly anticipated boasts 570bhp from its 4.5-litre V8. With just 1380kg of mass to shift, the high revving V8 provides explosive acceleration - 0-100km/h in 3.4 seconds, 325km/h top speed. Performance is further enhanced by the new twin clutch gearbox which replaces the F430's F1 robotised manual. The futuristic looking exterior has been refined in the wind tunnel to achieve maximum aerodynamic performance. The interior also boasts a techno futuristic look compared to the F430's simple affair.
Deliveries to singapore customers should start in August.Ital Auto has taken more than 30 orders at $920k a pop. I don't know about you but i'm praying that the next top prize in the Singapore Sweep comes my way!
