From 1 August 2010, motorists will enjoy lower toll charges when they drive into or depart from Singapore using the Second Link.

Singapore's toll charges are pegged to those set by Malaysia for the use of the Causeway and Second Link. This revision of Singapore's toll rates at the Second Link follows the joint announcement made by both Prime Ministers on 22 June 2010 to mutually reduce tolls on the Second Link by 30 per cent. Toll charges for the Causeway remain unchanged.

Toll charges at the Second Link will continue to apply to motorists both driving into, and departing from Singapore. The reduced toll charges for each direction are as follows:

Motorcycles - $0.50
Cars - $3.20
Van/Small Lorries - $7.40
Big Lorries $14.70
Taxis - $2.50
Buses - $3.90
