Any Peugeot we see on local roads is a breath of fresh air - their head turning looks often challenging boundaries of vehicle design. The facelifted E-2008 is testament to this belief - Peugeot claims that the “new PEUGEOT E-2008 embodies this spirit of self-assurance, inviting drivers to explore new paths and revel in the freedom of individuality”. A bold statement we reckon, but one we relish with full optimism.

Now for the crucial EV bit…

Battery capacity has increased to 54kWh, which allows it to achieve 436km (WLTP). That’s a decent number for one that weighs 1,548kg - rather light by EV standards. It’s equipped with a 100kW DC / 11kW AC on-board charger, the former takes 30 minutes to charge to 80% from zilch. The powertrain delivers 136bhp and 270Nm, and it accelerates to 100km/h from rest in 9.1 seconds.

How much is the Peugeot E-2008 EV?

Promotional price of S$162,888 at time of writing, with VES banding tagged at A1.

New front end

The front introduces a new emblem on the grille and widens the front end, incorporating lateral patterns that connect to the headlamps. These patterns extend to dark inserts, enhancing the vehicle's robust appearance.

Wolverine's claws?

The E-2008 now features a distinctive “Signature Light” with three vertical claw daytime running lights. In the E-2008 GT model, this signature extends to full LED headlamps for even more presence on the road.

Peugeot E-2008 improvements don't end here…

The redesigned LED rear lights of the E-2008 redefine the brand’s iconic three claws with horizontal double slats. LED technology in the reversing lights and indicators adds to its elegance, establishing a distinctive Peugeot identity.
