Remember Porsche’s striking 911 Carrera GTS 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition? Yes, that was fashioned by Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur to mark Porsche Thailand’s 30th anniversary. The festivities don't end here - Porsche has now teamed up with PUMA to release a batch of limited-edition sneakers as part of “Dreams in Colours”. In addition, Porsche has partnered with pioneering global music and media company 88rising, on the #Dreamsincolours TikTok competition to empower aspiring Thai artists to achieve their dreams.

Like the Porsche 911 Carrera GTS, the Porsche x PUMA CA Pro 911 ‘Dreams in Colours’ Edition comes in seven bright hues; Signal Yellow, Ruby Star, Signal Green, Pastel Orange, Riviera Blue, Ultra Violet and Fire Red. In a nod to the year that Thailand became an official Porsche importer in 1993, only 1,993 sneakers will be created as part of this bold new collaboration.

Each PUMA CA Pro sneaker has been panel-matched to the correct Porsche Paint- to-Sample colours from the Porsche 911 Carrera GTS – 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition colour swatch, crafted using high-quality materials. Like the owners of the 911 Carrera GTS – 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition, sneaker fans and aspiring young Thai dreamers can pick the sneaker corresponding to the day they were born for an extra dose of good luck.

The sneaker also boasts bespoke asymmetric details, for example the Porsche Paint-to-Sample colour code on the left tongue and the corresponding day on the right tongue. The insoles on each side are also different: on the left, a Classic Porsche 964 and on the right, the 911 Carrera GTS – 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition matching the colour and day of the sneaker.

Finally, intricate details such as an exterior limitation number, a contemporary ‘911’ logo on the rear pull tab, an exclusive edition sneaker box and a set of additional exclusive accessories make this collection truly special.

During an exclusive launch party at CARNIVAL Bangkok’s flagship store at Siam Square, Pathum Wan, Porsche also announced a collaboration with media company 88rising, to expand their reach of young and rising talents in Thailand for further proliferation.

The limited-edition Porsche x PUMA CA Pro 911 ‘Dreams in Colours’ Edition sneakers are already on sale now at CARNIVAL and two Porsche Studios.. If you haven’t noticed teaser previews on local streetwear label CARNIVAL’s social media accounts late last week, the hype for these kicks hasn't waned.

You might get lucky securing one that fits you - walk-ins accepted at either Porsche Studios ICONSIAM and Siam Paragon, too. Or attempt to grab a pair at PUMA outlets. There’s at least 3 other CARNIVAL stores in Thailand, excluding one undergoing renovation. It’s priced at THB6,500 (approximately S$260) per pair, which is reasonable considering sneakers not limited by quantities are going for similar figures. Now, time to figure out which day you were born…
