UK: Peugeot’s Le Mans & 207 IRC successes to be demonstrated at the Goodwood Festival of Speed
Peugeot 908 HDi FAP will run again for the first time after Le Mans success. Peugeot will also show IRC 207 S2000 and rare folding roof 601 Eclipse.

The awesome 5.5-litre V12 Peugeot 908 HDi FAP 2009 Le Mans winning car is to be on show in the paddock and also campaigned up the famous 1.16 mile Goodwood Hill at this year's Festival of Speed.
Just weeks after its victory at Le Mans, the No.9 Peugeot 908 HDi FAP, which covered 5205.99 km (3,234.85 miles) in 24 hours, is being re-united with its three drivers - Marc Gené, David Brabham and Alex Wurz.
Also, local resident to Goodwood, Nicolas Minassian, who achieved an average 240 km/h with the fastest lap at Le Mans, will also attend the Festival of Speed over the weekend.
Another successful Peugeot car at the Festival of Speed includes the IRC championship-leading 207 S2000 (the winner in Brazil, the Azores and the Belgian Ypres IRC rally) will be on both the Goodwood Hill and rally section with Peugeot UK sponsored Kris Meeke supporting the Richard Burns Foundation.
Also, the only surviving Peugeot 601 Eclipse - the fourth of eight in a lineage pioneering metal folding roof designs that includes the current 207 CC and new 308 CC - is being displayed in the Cartier Style et Luxe which illustrates the history of exceptional automobile design, and is situated on the private lawns of Goodwood House in the company of the world's finest road cars.
