
To most car buyers, it seems that the Jaguar XJ has been stuck in a time warp. Well, that time has passed.
The direction being given to Jaguar by their new owners is that Jaguar's flagship sedan must now compete with Bentley. Their new target market will be the very fashion-conscious upper crust, who will want a car that looks current and not a similar copy of models from decades past.
If the new XF is anything to go by, then traditional Jag fans are about to have their worlds shaken up in the next 12-18 months.
