The refreshed XPENG X9 Pro has made its Singapore debut, with prices starting from S$336,999 for the Standard Range variant and S$347,999 for the Long Range model.

The facelifted X9 Pro introduces upgrades across technology, charging performance and interior comfort as the brand looks to strengthen its position in the premium electric MPV segment.

Leading the changes is XPENG’s new Turing AI chip, making the X9 Pro the first model in Asia Pacific to feature the system. Designed to power advanced driver assistance and smart cockpit functions, the chip delivers up to 750 TOPS of computing power - that’s around three times more than before.

Charging speeds have also taken a major leap. Built on XPENG’s next-generation 800V high-voltage platform with 5C charging capability, the X9 Pro can charge from 10 to 80 per cent in under 12 minutes when connected to compatible high-capacity chargers.

The Standard Range variant now delivers a WLTP-rated driving range of up to 535km, while the Long Range version stretches that to 615km. Both variants complete the 0-100km/h sprint in 8.2 seconds.

On the outside, the X9 Pro adopts a cleaner and sleeker design with smoother aerodynamic lines, an angled windscreen and XPENG’s updated X-ROBOT FACE 2.0 front-end styling. Despite measuring over 5.3 metres long, the MPV stands under 1.8 metres tall, helping it remain practical for Singapore carparks.

Inside, the cabin focuses heavily on passenger comfort. First and second-row occupants get Nappa leather “zero gravity” seats with 10-point massage functions, while flexible seating configurations allow cargo capacity to expand from 721 litres to 2,554 litres while still accommodating seven passengers.

The X9 Pro also features active rear-wheel steering for improved low-speed manoeuvrability and better high-speed stability, alongside nine airbags and ISOFIX anchor points in both the second and third rows.
