Nissan Lafesta 2.0 Skyview Review: The Tonic Triad

Square equals boring. You'll never realize what fun this car is to drive unless you look past that.

We don’t doubt so. This is definitely the car for the family man, be it young or old, seeking to reward his many wives and kids with loads of space, and have some fun on the road.

Family Fun?

At $81,500, this puts it in the same league as the perkier, but less spacious Honda Stream, Mazda 5 and Toyota Picnic, and I guarantee that with bigger wheels and grippier tyres, this is one mean MPV that will make your grandmother admit she was touching cloth while you took flew through South Buona Vista road.

Unlike so many Japanese cars before it, we were surprised with the handling capabilities of the Lafesta, and that the car matched Nissan’s claims on paper.

The moonroof is a $1,500 option, and goes a long way in making the cabin feel more spacious and airy, and we recommend this option should you decide to get the Lafesta. Either way, this car will not leave you feeling shortchanged, or deprived in any way!
