Aston Martin is taking its motorcycle collaboration with Brough Superior beyond the racetrack.

The new AMB 002 Roadster is the partnership's first motorcycle built for public roads, following the AMB 001 and AMB 001 Pro track bikes launched in 2019 and 2022.

It's a clean-sheet design rather than a modified version of either previous bike.

Power comes from a new 1,083cc water-cooled V-twin, producing 130 bhp and 110 Nm. Aston Martin says the engine is focused on usable low and mid-range torque, rather than simply chasing outright top-end numbers.

The bike weighs 190 kg, helped by plenty of carbonfibre and an unusual 5 kg titanium frame. The frame forms the bike's structural backbone and contributes to its claimed 50:50 weight distribution.

Suspension is equally exotic. Up front is Brough Superior's Fior double-wishbone system, derived from the setup used on the AMB 001 Pro. It separates steering and braking forces and is designed to improve front-end precision, stability and braking behaviour.

Visually, there's plenty of Aston Martin DNA. The carbonfibre bodywork features the brand's familiar side-strake treatment, while the twin oval exhausts and rear light blades draw inspiration from Aston Martin's latest sports cars and hypercars.

There's also keyless operation, a backlit ignition button and hand-crafted leather seat pads.

Only 300 AMB 002 Roadsters will be built, each individually assembled by Brough Superior in Toulouse.

Orders are now open, with deliveries scheduled to start in Q3 2027.
