COE Premiums End Mixed In First Bidding Exercise Of August 2022

Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums closed mixed in the latest bidding exercise on Wednesday (3 August).

The latest premium for Category A cars, or those 1,600cc and below with horsepower not exceeding 130bhp closed at S$80,000, an increase of S$1,101.

Premiums for large cars in Category B (above 1,600cc or 97kW) ended lower at S$107,001, a decrease of S$3,002 from the previous tender.

COEs for commercial vehicles, including goods vehicles and buses, increased by S$1,200 to S$56,089.

In the motorcycle category, premiums went up by S$90, to S$11,000.

In the open category (Category E), which can be used for any type of vehicles but often end up being used for big cars, premiums decreased by S$1,001, to S$113,000.
