KIA Extends Warranty Period In Response To COVID-19

In response to the COVID-19 situation, Cycle & Carriage KIA will do a goodwill extension of its warranty coverage for cars with warranties expiring between 1 February 2020 and 30 April 2020.  Warranty extensions will be till 30 June 2020. The move by Cycle & Carriage is to ease concerns experienced by customers who are unable to bring their vehicles for warranty repairs to any of the Kia Authorised Service Centres during current Circuit Breaker measures.

While the Cycle & Carriage Kia physical showrooms are temporarily closed, business operations are still taking place digitally. During the Circuit Breaker measures, customers can register in the e-showroom to get a digital consultation with no strings attached. Those who registered will also get priority access to the 48-hour Online Flash Deals on Kia Warehouse this weekend from 18 – 19 April 2020. Interested parties simply need to register their interest here at: https://www.cyclecarriage.com/sg/kia/events/e-showroom

“The safety and well-being of our customers are most important to us, and we hope to use this opportunity to bring the Cycle & Carriage experience closer to our customers in the comfort of their homes,” said Mr Royston Soh, Divisional Manager of Kia Sales & Marketing, Cycle & Carriage Singapore.

Kia customers who require any repair within the warranty period can email our Customer Assistance Centre for an extension at CustomerAssistanceCentre@cyclecarriage.com.sg or call +65 6471 9111.
