The news was confirmed by Toyota's managing officer Toshio Furutani to Japan's Nikkei business daily.
Lexus already has hybrid versions for its RX, GS, and LS models. Updated IS and ES models are expected to have hybrid options as well.
With these plans in the pipeline, the carmaker looks set to further strengthen its position as the luxury segment's "greenest" brand.
