Additional services include:

a. Entering usage dates of the e-Day Licence;
b. Changing usage dates of the e-Day Licence; and
c. Cancellation of the e-Day Licence.

These new services complement the existing services on MobileP@y where registered MobileP@y users can purchase and enquire on e-Day Licences. For greater convenience, each registered MobileP@y user can now list up to 5 mobile phone numbers from which they can make e-Day Licence transactions.

Enforcement activities have been intensified against errant OPC users who use the OPC during the restricted hours without buying a valid e-Day Licence before 2359 hours on the next day after the OPC/WEC was used. Action is also taken against owner/drivers who do not enter the usage date for the vehicle's pre-paid un-dated e-Day Licence before 2359 hours on the next day after the OPC/WEC was used.

As at 31 January 2010, about 150 offence notices have been issued. Errant drivers/owners are liable to a fine of up to $5,000. For subsequent offences, the driver/ owner is liable to a fine of up to $10,000.
