New NSX to whoop GTR's ass
The new GTR may be all the rage, but Honda's not about to just lie down and give up.

In fact, Honda will be going all-out to beat Nissan at its own game. The new NSX is expected to only be sold under the Acura brand, and will be powered by no less than a V10 powerplant.
Acura insists that their new NSX will be truly "extreme" and its image will be one of high performance and luxury. In fact, Acura's vice-president, Mr. Koichi Kondo, has even claimed that some of his company's staff have questioned the need for a V10 as "unnecessary".
With the promise of even greater performance, the new NSX will also be priced higher than the GTR. The car is expected to be a low-volume model, as Honda estimates U.S. sales of only 1,000 units/year.
