Porsche Opens Immersive Exhibition Celebrating Its Racing Roots
The Raceborn exhibition explores the people, cars and technology behind Porsche Motorsport.

Porsche is celebrating 75 years of motorsport with a new special exhibition at the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart. Called 'Raceborn - 75 Years of Porsche Motorsport', the showcase runs until 17 January 2027, tracing the brand's racing journey from its first Le Mans class win in 1951 to today's electrified race cars.

Instead of following a timeline, the exhibition is split into six themes covering racing classes, innovation, milestones, regulations, diversity and the people behind Porsche Motorsport. A red ribbon inspired by a racetrack guides visitors through the display.

The exhibition features 31 race cars, including the pioneering 356 SL, the 99X Electric Formula E car, the 963endurance racer and the Cayman GT4 e-Performance. Each highlights the engineering, technology and regulations that shaped its era.

Interactive exhibits explain racing categories, technical concepts and the restoration of historic race cars, while Raceborn Kids offers hands-on activities for younger visitors. Porsche will also host a series of motorsport talks throughout the exhibition.
