Porsche is partnering with Charge+ to create a DC ultra-fast charging network across Vietnam. Over the next three years, they will add 17 new charging sites nationwide. Existing high-performance charging sites at Porsche Studio Hanoi and Porsche Centre Saigon will be integrated into the Charge+ app. Charge+ is a prominent EV charging solution provider in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

When will this ultra fast charging network in Vietnam be ready?

By mid-2025, the first nine sites of Porsche's new DC ultra-fast charging network in Vietnam, with speeds up to 180kW, will be ready in major cities and key travel stops. The existing chargers at Porsche's retail locations provide up to 350kW. The remaining eight sites will be completed by mid-2027 in locations like Thanh Hoa and Quy Nhon. This network will enhance Vietnam's EV infrastructure and new Porsche EV owners will receive benefits like preferential charging rates. Future expansion and additional benefits are planned.

Dr. Henrik Dreier, Director New Business Fields at Porsche Asia Pacific, expressed his enthusiasm about this new ultra-fast charging network, stating, "We are immensely proud to spearhead the development of charging infrastructure in Southeast Asia, in line with our three-pronged charging strategy including convenient at-home charging solutions, Porsche Destination Charging at lifestyle locations, and seamless ultra-fast charging networks enabling long EV journeys. Our partnership with Charge+ in Vietnam reflects this continuous commitment to delivering exceptional mobility solutions, driving sustainable progress in the region."
