SG: Car carrying drugs collides with minibus

A Black car carrying drugs collided with mini school bus at Serangoon Road near Boon Keng MRT Station. The accident occurred at around 6.20am. SCDF received a call at 6.29am and dispatched an ambulance, a fire engine and a support vehicle to the scene.

The wreck was quite severe; the entire front end has been crumpled right up to the windscreen, which resulted in injuries to the passenger onboard the car. The driver managed to walk away from the wreckage and is at large. Although the passenger was injured(he suffered fron back and chest pains), he was consicious and has been warded at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. The driver of the mini school bus and 2 pupils were also injured in the collision, but luckily, their injuries were minor. They all left after the mini school bus driver assisted the police with investigations.

Police arrived on scene with sniffer dogs to check over the car. According to an eyewitness who only wanted to be known as Mr Lu, 8 policemen retrieved several plastic and paper bags from the car.
