McLaren Singapore officially unveils the latest addition to its range of groundbreaking supercars – the McLaren 650S, a day immediately after the global reveal at the 84th International Geneva Motor Show. With its dramatic yet beautiful styling, the McLaren 650S has also been designed and developed to offer the enthusiast driver a higher dimension in luxury, engagement and excitement. The 650S badge designation refers to the power output – 650PS (641 bhp), - of the unique British-built McLaren M838T twin turbo V8 engine. ‘S’ stands for ‘Sport’, underlining the focus and developments made to handling, transmission, drivability and engagement. The maximum power figure ensures the best power-to-weight ratio in its class, at 500PS (493 bhp) per tonne.

More buses will mean less squeezing when it comes to the morning and evening rush hours. As part of LTA’s transport masterplan, SBS Transit will deploy more buses to aid in just that, ensuring commuters endure a more comfortable journey to and from work. Not only will current services be bolstered, SBS Transit has decided to roll a whole new bus service, Service 121, to help shuttle residents of the aged Telok Blangah estate to MRT stations in or close to the CBD(in this case, Tiong Bahru and Outram Park MRT stations respectively). The buses deployed on this service will ply the route for the very first time on the 16th of March 2014. This service not only connects residents to the MRT stations, they pass through several landmarks as well, such as the Singapore General Hospital, Outram Polyclinic, Safra Mount Faber, shopping malls such as Tiong Bahru Plaza, and schools in the vincity, such as Radin Mas Primary School and CHIJ St. Theresa's Convent. Volkswagen is launching the new Touran in a truly unique fashion. Instead of the usual showroom display, the new Touran will be bringing breakfast for customers at the Volkswagen Centre from across the causeway.  You can expect authentic Ipoh hor fun, Malacca's chicken rice ball as well as KL's famous bak kut teh all laid out in the showroom when you visit.  And just to underline what an amazing feat it is to deliver the food from across the causeway that's still warm, here's the distance figures!
