SG: Trunk Service to connect Telok Blangah to MRT stations.

More buses will mean less squeezing when it comes to the morning and evening rush hours. As part of LTA’s transport masterplan, SBS Transit will deploy more buses to aid in just that, ensuring commuters endure a more comfortable journey to and from work. Not only will current services be bolstered, SBS Transit has decided to roll a whole new bus service, Service 121, to help shuttle residents of the aged Telok Blangah estate to MRT stations in or close to the CBD(in this case, Tiong Bahru and Outram Park MRT stations respectively). The buses deployed on this service will ply the route for the very first time on the 16th of March 2014. This service not only connects residents to the MRT stations, they pass through several landmarks as well, such as the Singapore General Hospital, Outram Polyclinic, Safra Mount Faber, shopping malls such as Tiong Bahru Plaza, and schools in the vincity, such as Radin Mas Primary School and CHIJ St. Theresa's Convent.
