Singapore: Toyota Yaris receives minor facelift

The 2009 Yaris gets an update.

Exterior-wise, the Yaris receives cosmetic upgrades in the form of newly designed bumpers for both front and rear ends. The new bumpers also have an integrated protection molding to create a wider feel.

A new and more voluminous headlamp design has also been adopted to create a more stylish appearance. The Yaris' new rear combination lamps now come with an amber covers on the turn signals for a more striking look.

Lastly, the car's wing mirrors finally come with built-in turn signal repeaters for enhanced safety.

As for the cabin, the Yaris gets new fabric material for a more contemporary look.

The updated 2009 Yaris will be sold in two trim levels: A basic [I]LX[/I] model, and the more generously equipped [I]Lifestyle[/I] variant.
