Delphi's latest add-on for the Apple's iPhone allows you to start your car's engine by communicating with it via an advanced long-range Bluetooth-enabled key fob that communicates with the car.

Besides starting the engine, the iPhone will be able to unlock doors, wind down windows and monitors tyre pressure, oil and brake fluid levels. Electronics firm Delphi claims the technology it’s developing will be available soon and compatible with a range of other smart phones.
