Toyota Camry 2.0 Review: Hello Uncle!
The current-generation Toyota Camry was first launched in 2006. For a car however, three years into its product cycle already means that it's middle-aged. Time for a facelift then...

We could complain about the soft suspension that makes the car run wide when you take a corner quicker than usual. Or that because the majority of its buyers happen to be those who are more advanced in their years, the Camry's image is a mature one that doesn't appeal to younger motorists.
But there's no getting around the fact that this car commands a loyal following. Choice of wood trim aside, this is still a comfortable car to drive. It may not be sporty, but its engine is willing to be prodded. Its transmission is dated, but nevertheless retains its smooth-shifting quality.
Would we buy a Camry? Let's just say it's hard to get past the image. But if you happen to have an older relative looking for these qualities in a car, you can tell them we're recommending this one.
