Mazda2 Gets a Peek
A month before it officially debuts at the Geneva Motor Show, Mazda has released a few photos of its new Mazda2.
The new hatchback features funky curves and a high-arched rear, and has been shortened by 4cm to 3.88m and sits a good 5.5cm lower. Also,
its width has been increased from 1.5m to 1.695m, giving passengers more room inside, while its wheelbase remains at 2.49m.
Drivers also get a standard set of safety features which include ESP and ABS, plus front and side airbags.
The first three engines to join the new family will be a 1.3 litre with 75hp, and two 1.5 litre engines producing 84hp and 103hp.
