New Showroom Marks Another Milestone For Mitsubishi In Singapore

Exciting new models from Mitsubishi are now on display today at an exciting new venue: the newly refurbished Cycle & Carriage Automotive showroom at 239 Alexandra Road. The new Mitsubishi showroom boasts 3,500 square feet of space, enough to display eight cars, and is the culmination of a year’s careful planning by Cycle & Carriage Automotive.  The new home of Mitsubishi embodies the long-standing relationship between one of Japan’s best-known carmakers and a renowned brand in Singapore’s automotive landscape. This year marks the 37th since Cycle & Carriage and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation began their lengthy collaboration here, and the investment in Mitsubishi’s new home is a statement of both parties’ commitment to one another. It also marks the return of Cycle & Carriage as Mitsubishi retailers in Singapore after a hiatus of four years, signifying its readiness and confidence in its new model line-up.

To herald this new chapter in a long and continuing story, the new premises will showcase four exciting Mitsubishi models:

More than ever before, the Outlander stands for the very best that Mitsubishi has to offer, with rugged new looks and key improvements under the skin. The fresh design includes new front-end styling for a more dynamic appearance, along with combination rear LED lamps. The interior has been mildly refreshed as well, while gaining improvements to NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) for a smoother and quieter ride. An upgraded 6-Speed CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) ensures the best mix of performance and fuel economy for this renowned 7-seater, while selectable 4WD with All Wheel Control (AWC) ensures that the Outlander is ready for any adventure, no matter the road or weather conditions.

MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER 2.4 (7-Seater) SUV:

The stylish, urban crossover from Mitsubishi is better than ever, with a number of enhancements to enhance its sporty looks and improve on the experience it offers behind the wheel. Striking new LED Daytime Running Lamps (DRLs) and redesigned 17-inch alloy wheels give the ASX more visual aggression, while improvements to its CVT means it feels more lively on the move. Clever tweaks to the suspension improve the ride and handling, and NVH has been reduced to make the ASX more fulfilling to drive even as it offers enhanced comfort.

MITSUBISHI ASX 2.0 (5-Seater) SUV:

A perennial favorite and proven family choice, the Mitsubishi Lancer EX 1.6 is the quintessential Japanese sedan that offers easy-to-use controls, a spacious and comfortable cabin, and pleasantly low running costs. Its reputation for reliability is founded on the quality and engineering precision that only cars made in Japan can offer. In addition to those traditional virtues, the ‘Lancer’ name has always been associated with sophistication and bold styling.

A new member of the Mitsubishi family, the Attrage is everything you want from a modern sedan, but in a compact and clever package. It blends style with simplicity, affordability with attractive features, and driving pleasure with a relaxing experience for occupants. Meanwhile, its MIVEC DOHC 1.2 engine combines peppy performance with truly outstanding fuel efficiency. Above all, the Attrage is the small car that is big in spirit.
