Tucson and Genesis top respective segments in J.D. Power Experience study
The Tucson and the Genesis were recently named the J.D. Power 2016 U.S. Tech Experience highest in overall customer experience with vehicle technology in the small vehicle and midsize premium segments.
It turns out each model outperformed the competition in their respective segments where the Tucson nabbed the highest ranking in six evaluation categories. The Genesis, on the other hand, outclassed 20 other vehicles to rank highest.
