Up To 805 Km On A Charge: BMW Launches New iX3 In Singapore
The wait for BMW's Neue Klasse era is over, and the iX3 is first in line.

Priced from S$387,888 with COE, the new BMW iX3 marks the start of a new chapter for the German marque. It’s the first production model built on BMW's all-new Neue Klasse electric vehicle platform.

The iX3 xDrive50 M Sport is powered by two electric motors driving all four wheels. Together, they produce 469 hp, helping the SUV complete the century sprint in 4.9 seconds.

A headline figure is its claimed 805 km WLTP driving range, while the new 800V electrical system supports DC fast charging at up to 400 kW. Under ideal conditions, a 10-minute charge can replenish up to 372 km of range.

The iX3 also introduces BMW's latest digital cockpit. The cabin features the new Panoramic iDrive system, a central touchscreen and integrated apps such as Spotify, YouTube and AirConsole gaming. Singapore-bound cars come equipped with a Harman Kardon 13-speaker sound system and a panoramic glass roof as standard.

Practicality remains an important part of the package. Besides a generous luggage compartment offering up to 1,750 litres of cargo space, the iX3 also includes a 58-litre front storage compartment that's ideal for stowing charging cables and smaller items.

More than just a replacement for the outgoing model, the iX3 serves as the launchpad for BMW's next generation of electric vehicles, showcasing the technologies that will underpin future models from the brand.
