Jaguar XF V6 3.0 Luxury Review: Leaping ahead
If the SV8 version's a worthy competitor to the likes of BMW's M5 and Mercedes-Benz's E63 AMG, then the "entry-level" 3.0-litre version is in the same league as the 530i and E280. But, besides being priced significantly lower than the other two, what does this Jaguar has to make it stand out?

The Premium Luxury model here costs almost $30k more over the base Luxury V6. For that money, you get that Bowers & Wilkins stereo, 18-inch wheels, keyless entry, bi-Xenon headlamps, front and rear parking sensors with reverse camera and also adaptive cruise control among other things in the long list.
At $207,000 including COE, the premium luxury model here costs less than a BMW 530i and the Mercedes-Benz E280. With the Jag, you might not get as much performance and driving dynamics as the BMW, but you’ll have something that is more unique and less clinical in character.
Most importantly though, you have the best looking four-door saloon out there in the XF, with a quality interior to match. The XF, somehow, feels much more special when compared to its competitors…
