MINI Cooper SE Gets A Designer Makeover, Courtesy Of Paul Smith

MINI Asia has rolled out the MINI Paul Smith Edition, landing first on the Cooper SE with more models to come.

It's not a one-off. This is round four of a partnership that started in 1998, ran through the 2021 MINI STRIP and 2022 MINI Recharged, and now hits Singapore roads.

Buyers get two exclusive colours - Statement Grey, a modern take on the 1959 Mini Austin Seven, and Inspired White, echoing the old Classic Mini Beige. Both are paired with Nottingham Green accents on the mirrors, grille, wheel hubs, and roof, a nod to Smith's hometown. Add his Signature Stripe across the roofline, 18-inch Night Spoke wheels in Dark Steel Flash, and his own signature stamped on the rear door handle.

Knitted black surfaces cover the dashboard and doors, shaped by Paul Smith's fabric patterns. Nightshade Blue Vescin seats bring knitted textile trim, and the steering wheel gets bright stitching lifted straight from the Signature Stripe. Open the door and a "Hello" lights up on the floor, Smith's motto - Every day is a new beginning - sits on the sill, and a hand-drawn rabbit shows up on the floor mat.

The public is invited to attend a MINI Paul Smith Edition showcase at MINI Habitat, 27 Leng Kee Road, on 19 September. Guests can enjoy curated displays, interactive postcard-making, Leica instant photography, themed refreshments inspired by Paul Smith's signature colours, and limited-edition gifts.

MINI Asia will also feature the MINI Surfside Collection - an electric Aceman special edition capped at just five units in Singapore. It comes in Ocean Wave Green with a white roof, custom Surfside graphics, and a beige interior built for coastal detours.
