SG: Bus frequencies improved
The LTA has said that bus services have been improved as a result of the BSEP. As part of the scheme, 550 buses have been bought, and 339 of them have been put on the road. The frequencies of services have dropped by one to five minutes, and buses are less crowded. A perfect example is 195, which used to have a frequency of 10 to 13 minutes, but now, with the fleet expansion, the service has an 8 to 12 minute frequency.
